Cadillac Chase

The client wanted to turn a 2D illustration (from my previous project) into a looping animation for a background video for his song. So I decided to make a 2.5D animation instead by adding a 3d city in the background and reuse the car illustration as 2D layers. I removed all car reflections on Photoshop and created fake reflections, which animated separately on After Effects. I also add police siren animation to improve realism, as if this is a 3d animation. Original animation is much longer, but I shortened it for Artstation.
